Ordering and Shipping
We accept orders from North America and Europe, with secure payments via PayPal. Enjoy free shipping and fast delivery:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3-5 days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Refunds and Returns
Policy Duration: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Shipping Returns: To initiate a return, contact support@willnice.net. You are responsible for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check Your Bank Account: Re-check your bank account first.
- Contact Credit Card Company: It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Contact Your Bank: There could be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at support@willnice.net.
The arrival time of exchanged products can differ based on your location. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance for exchanges, as we cannot ensure that we will receive your item.
